Diagnosis first. Then the fix.
Most marine electrical work is really a troubleshooting problem in disguise. I start by finding the actual root cause — then I repair, rebuild, or install what's needed. Two things I'm known for: rebuilding motors you can't buy anymore and diagnosing weak- and no-start engines other shops gave up on.

Troubleshooting & Diagnostics
The reason people call me first: root-cause hunting on the problems no one else could trace. Trained to aircraft-electrical standards, I follow the fault to its source instead of swapping parts and hoping.
- Weak-start and no-start engine diagnosis
- Intermittent electrical gremlins others couldn't find
- Systematic root-cause tracing, slip-side
Rebuilds & Repair
When the new part simply can't be sourced, I rebuild what you have. Old electric motors, radios, and dated systems brought back to life instead of ripped out.
- Rebuilding electric motors when replacements are unobtainable
- Radio repair and restoration
- Salvaging and restoring older electrical systems
Electronics & Navigation
Modern electronics installed, upgraded, and repaired — so your instruments actually work when you need them.
- Multifunction displays (Garmin, Raymarine, Simrad, and more)
- Radios: repair, replace, or upgrade
- Modernizing dated electronics
Power Systems
Reliable power at the dock and underway — batteries, charging, solar, and shore power built to last.
- Batteries and charging systems
- Solar install and maintenance
- Shore power and whole-system electrical upgrades
Wiring, Retrofits & Installs
Clean, correct wiring — new installs, full rewires, and the corrosion and grounding work that keeps a boat safe.
- Rewiring and retrofits
- New installs
- Corrosion and grounding
Custom Solutions
One-off electrical problems that don't fit a standard box. If it's electrical and it's on a boat, bring it to me.
- Custom one-off electrical work
- Problems other shops turned away
